Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Finance Performance Intelligence (FPI) at our Corporate Finance organization in India, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the reporting framework and analytical support for Customer Retention and Bookings Quality metrics and analytics. Your insights and reports will be instrumental in driving business decisions, enhancing customer retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and track key SaaS performance indicators (KPIs) related to Customer Retention rates, bookings quality, and other analytics. - Operationalize data collection and reporting processes to track customer retention and bookings quality metrics. - Lead a team of data and financial analysts to ensure efficient data collection, maintenance, and distribution of reports to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and facilitate the transition to new/enhanced reporting. - Analyze customer data to identify factors influencing customer retention and bookings quality, utilizing statistical methods and data visualization techniques. - Generate insightful reports leveraging existing dashboards to provide actionable insights to business leaders. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in Finance and/or Data Analytics roles, preferably in a SaaS organization focusing on customer retention and bookings quality. - Proven leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets, statistical analysis, data visualization, and tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx. - Understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and retention strategies. - Experience in presenting to and collaborating with senior business leaders. In this role, you will be required to participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings, and customer and industry conferences. The physical demands may include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, and talking. You must also have the ability to operate a personal computer and lift or move objects weighing 10+ pounds. Specific vision abilities are necessary for this job.,
