Overview -

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager specializing in Microsoft Technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our technology projects. Your responsibilities will include architecture design, implementation, and overseeing the development and deployment of Microsoft-based solutions that meet our internal needs. You'll collaborate closely with management, business analysts, project managers, developers, testers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Technical Skills -

1. Microsoft .NET Stack-
   • Proficiency in.NET 8.0,C#,ASP.NET Core, andMVC.
   • Experience with buildingWeb APIsand Minimal APIs.
   • Familiarity with front-end technologies such asReact,TypeScript, andNodeJS.
2. Data Persistence and Messaging-
   • Hands-on experience withORMs(Object-Relational Mappers).
   • Knowledge ofmessagingandstreamingtechnologies.
3. NoSQL Databases-
   • Understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases.
4. Microsoft Azure-
   • Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure services:
     • Azure App Services
     • Azure Functions
     • Azure Web Jobs
     • Azure SQL Database
     • Azure Storage

1. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

• Mentor new engineers, helping them adapt to the software development environment.
