Job Summary
The Senior manager role stands high in the hierarchy of roles within Treasury capital. This role requires strong understanding of current financial and business performance drivers across all businesses and regions of the Group through regular engagement with business finance teams. While contributing individually to projects and exercises, expectation would be to drive discussions with related stakeholders. Outlined are the key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Key reporting and analytics for Group FP&A Capital. Ownership of end-to-end process from understanding to delivering key reporting requirements.
- Provide key support in important deliverables in CFO report, GALCO committee packs and key management deliverables.
- Support Planning / forecasting processes with insight into business performance drivers including identifying Risk and opportunities. Key performance drivers include the ones which impact CET1, Tier1, Total capital and RWA for the bank.
- Explain movements for various tiers of capital, RWA and capital ratios.
- Work closely with London and Singapore based FP&A teams to coordinate deliverables, ad hoc requests, and communication with business finance teams. Continuously querying country and reaching out to them in understanding the movement and add more business sense to the outcome.
- Co-ordinate with Business finance / UK solo team / BSO teams and other related teams.
- Support submission of regulatory reporting including PRA101. Driving digital Initiatives and improve the current reporting process.
- Act as a key person on BCBS239 and governance related aspects including RCSA refresh and GIA audit.
- Have to work on Enhance F Reporting, understanding in-depth, Analyse and Assess the impact to our day-to-day reporting and implement the same
- Should have good knowledge across various reporting system and understand the key impact
- Initiate regular briefing and knowledge sharing within team across locations on business performance themes
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance by embedding an effective Risk Management Framework (RMF) & Process Universe to ensure all areas manage operational risks in a proactive, risk based and disciplined manner.
- Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, by performing periodic assessment and monitoring activities (CST & KCI) as well as timely identification, escalation and resolution of risk issues
- Ensure compliant with Operational Risk policies, procedures, and applicable
- To provide a focal point of control over the aggregate level of operational risk in the functions that arises from end to end processes, including the design of effective controls and the systematic monitoring of process control effectiveness.
- To exercise direct Risk Control Ownership / Process owner for Operational Risk and ensure risks of processing failure are being actively controlled on an end-to-end basis

Skills And Experience
- In depth understanding of balance sheet and P&L statements. Good understanding of Capital requirements, regulatory capital RWA for global banks. Candidates with prior experience in Treasury or Balance sheet forecasting will be preferred.
- Excel, MRC/ Hyperion.
- Working knowledge of OBIEE (PMI/RMI), Hyperion (MRC/ HP / HPCM), SAP BPC, Financial Analytics
- Experience on Tableau dashboards and skills on Dataiku would be a plus. These are preferable but optional.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines and be able to manage different stakeholders through active engagement and partnership
- A resilient and confident self-starter with well-developed communication & inter-personal skills
Qualifications
- An experienced finance professional with relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services industry.
- CA or Graduate + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution will be preferred.
