Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support electrical operations, projects, and maintenance activities across

  12 factories nationwide

  .
• Oversee

  HT/LT power distribution systems, transformers, DG sets, motors, PLC/SCADA, VFDs, instruments, transmitters, and plant automation systems

  .
• Manage

  repair & maintenance

  of critical electrical systems and ensure minimum downtime.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of

  packaging machines, fire protection systems, and automation solutions

  .
• Analyze

  electricity bills and DG operations

  ; implement energy conservation measures and strategies to optimize costs.
• Prepare and present

  MIS reports

  related to power consumption and efficiency improvements.
• Execute

  capital and expansion projects

  , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety regulations and statutory requirements

  for all electrical operations.
• Guide and mentor plant teams on best practices in electrical maintenance and energy efficiency.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical expertise in

  power distribution, automation, and instrumentation systems

• Hands-on knowledge of

  testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

• Ability to manage multiple projects across locations simultaneously.

• Proficiency in preparing reports, MIS, and energy audits.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

• 15 to 20 years

  of relevant experience in

  project execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance

  of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) equipment within large / medium-scale

  continuous process industries

  .

Education & Qualification

• Graduated in

  Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering,

  B.E. / B. Tech
