About The Role

The person will implement all clinical protocols, run training programs, manage doctor supply, drive compliance, and ensure daily execution excellence. Ideal for someone proactive, energetic, extroverted, and highly organised.

Key Responsibilities

Execution of Protocols & Processes

• Execute all treatment protocols, workflows, and processes designed by the Protocol Lead
• Ensure strict adoption and adherence across all doctors
• Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality reviews to drive 100% protocol compliance
  

Doctor Supply, Hiring & Network Growth

• Manage end-to-end doctor hiring, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and onboarding
• Build and scale the doctor supply across full-time, part-time, and consultant roles
• Maintain strong relationships with medical communities, colleges, and networks
  

Training Delivery & Performance Management

• Run training programs based on content and frameworks created by Role 1
• Conduct recurrent training, refreshers, and quality improvement sessions
• Track doctor KPIs, productivity, SLA adherence, and patient ratings
• Implement corrective actions and improvements wherever required
  

Day-to-Day Clinical Operations

• Manage scheduling, rostering, utilisation planning, and availability of doctors
• Ensure seamless coordination between clinical teams, ops, tech, and customer support
• Solve execution gaps rapidly and maintain a high-quality care delivery environment
  

Requirements

• MBBS / Pharma background; MBA - Mandatory
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, clinical execution, or doctor supply roles
• Strong-headed, proactive, extroverted, and excellent at people management
• High ownership, strong execution capability, and comfort with pressure
• Based in Bangalore; hybrid work
