Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in a senior engineering leadership role with at least 3 years of experience. - Proficiency in building products from scratch and in-depth knowledge of technologies like Microservices, Micro frontends, and cloud computing platforms. - Strong background or exposure to trending technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). - Excellent leadership and management skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) are a plus.
