Senior Manager Data Privacy

As a Senior Manager - Data Privacy, you will leverage your 8-12 years of experience to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Your expertise in data privacy, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and data governance will be instrumental in overseeing the organization's data processing activities. Your key objectives and major responsibilities will include assisting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in maintaining compliance with data protection laws, conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), developing and implementing data privacy policies and procedures, offering subject-matter expertise on privacy and data protection matters to various business units, handling data subject access requests (DSARs), and managing the data processing activities register as per GDPR requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on data privacy. Professional certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM will be advantageous, along with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
