Senior Manager - Compliance Testing and Monitoring

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and upgrading a risk-based compliance testing framework for PA, PPI, and BBPS businesses in Gurugram. Your role will involve conducting compliance reviews, monitoring activities, remediation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a risk-based compliance testing framework aligned with regulatory guidelines - Conduct periodic compliance reviews and testing of processes, policies, and SOPs - Identify compliance gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues and provide recommendations - Develop and execute ongoing monitoring activities to track compliance with internal and regulatory obligations - Collaborate with business teams to resolve identified compliance gaps - Coordinate with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure compliance - Prepare detailed compliance testing and monitoring reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory audits - Maintain documentation on compliance processes, controls, and test results Qualifications Required: - Experience in executing compliance assurance frameworks or conducting audits - Proficiency in data-driven monitoring tools and risk identification methodologies - Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: The company offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits in a diverse working environment.
