Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client service strategies to meet business objectives - Manage a team of client service professionals to ensure high levels of client satisfaction - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client service performance and business development opportunities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7-8 years of experience in client service or account management roles - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
