Senior Manager - City Activation

The City Market & Activation Lead position requires a candidate with 6-7 years of experience in building and executing city-level marketing and activation plans. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for establishing and closing partnerships, visibility, and activation opportunities at a city level. This involves identifying residual inventory opportunities, leveraging bartering referrals and cashbacks, and presenting synergistic growth opportunities to other businesses. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating offline to online conversion with independent service providers and other city communities. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of launching and managing effective marketing campaigns in new regions. You should be experienced in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to drive targeted marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regional market analysis to identify opportunities and segment the target audience within the new region. You will develop comprehensive target marketing strategies tailored to activate new regions, considering local cultural, economic, and demographic factors. Leading the end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams for region-specific content, and coordinating with Sales, Product, and Operations teams are also crucial aspects of the role. Moreover, you will be expected to provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding campaign success and ROI. Your ability to use insights and feedback to refine and enhance regional marketing strategies will be essential for success in this position. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Skills: Strong knowledge of regional marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign execution.
