Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Change Management / Data Product Coach, your role involves leading multiple global product teams to implement best practices in change management, adoption planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You are expected to be an expert in managing change for the deployment of data products and play a crucial role in helping teams navigate organizational complexity, understand user needs, and drive effective change implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage other Data Product Coaches, providing guidance and coaching to ensure project objectives are met - Guide product teams in creating practical, user-focused change management strategies and engagement plans - Facilitate alignment between data product managers, technical teams, business users, and market leads - Assess the desirability and feasibility of change initiatives based on business context and stakeholder insight - Conduct sessions and rituals to encourage shared ownership, continuous learning, and adaptive delivery across product teams - Manage documentation, templates, and playbooks to support scaling of change practices across the portfolio - Handle stakeholder communications, onboarding, and feedback loops to enhance product adoption and impact - Share methods, tools, and lessons learned with EDAA product squads to contribute to broader team learning - Promote agile ways of working, user-centricity, and business empathy within the teams **Qualifications:** - 5 to 8 years of experience in a change management role, with experience in data and analytics being advantageous - Proven expertise in leading transformation, change management, facilitation, or agile coaching, preferably in a product or tech-led environment - Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives with a focus on content development, project communication, and defining key performance indicators - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams - Ability to quickly grasp new business domains and translate complex challenges into actionable change plans - Collaborative approach with a willingness to support rather than lead from the front - Previous experience working across multiple product teams in a global or matrixed environment - Hands-on experience with JIRA and JIRA Product Discovery is essential - Prior use of Agile methodologies, with Scrum certification being a strong advantage - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Organizational Psychology, or Communication Please note, this role is based in Hyderabad, India, and is a full-time position with a hybrid work mode.,
