Job Description

As an integral part of Aon's U.S. Commercial Risk Account Management Team, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the team to achieve their objectives. Reporting directly to the U.S. Client Service Delivery Leader, your responsibilities will include generating reports, addressing queries, and ensuring that the team meets its deliverables. Additionally, you will contribute to change management efforts by updating training materials, coaching team members, and overseeing the team's performance. Your role as Team Lead will require you to provide expert leadership, training, and administrative support to both internal and external clients. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in best practices, client systems, and tools, while also analyzing metrics to assess the team's performance. Managing the capacity of your direct reports and identifying process breakdowns will be essential in maintaining high service delivery standards. Furthermore, you will collaborate with U.S. client teams, participate in audits, and stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess strong proficiency in MS Excel, business communication skills, and a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance terminology and processes. Your ability to lead and develop the team, along with your stakeholder management skills, will be key to meeting service level agreements and fostering positive client relationships.
