Senior Manager - Assurance - National - ASU - Audit - Standards

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Assurance team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage the lifecycle of solution development from conception to delivery. Design physical and logical components of solution architecture to deliver positive business outcomes. Collaborate with project in-charges to provide provisional costs for architecture components. Perform technical analysis and design capabilities. Facilitate design workshops and translate project visions into development teams. Lead the process of solutioning new requirements, ensuring alignment with existing practices. Map out software solutions and evaluate project constraints to find alternatives and mitigate risks. Update stakeholders on product development status and budgets, notifying them of any issues related to architecture. Fix technical issues as they arise and supervise/guide development teams. Choose appropriate technology for business problems and manage architectural concerns to ensure productive outcomes. Cooperate with all involved teams to understand how products and services work in architecture.### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. Excellent communication and people handling skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude. Positive attitude and responsible. Flexible to work on weekends/holidays based on urgent requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy while being adaptable and creative in approach.
