Role & responsibilities Conduct literature search and suggest experimental modifications to develop novel or improved synthetic routes for APIs, Drug Intermediates and Nutraceuticals. Completion of new product development within stipulated timeline and target cost. Carefully analyze and interpret data from experiments to draw conclusions and make recommendations towards achieving project goals. Organize and prioritize work responsibilities in alignment with project timelines. Scale up and Technology transfer of new products. Providing appropriate technical documents to support QA&RA for Regulatory fillings. Managing IP related activities such as evaluation of process for patent scope, patent drafting, filling and supporting information for patent grants. Improvement of Technical and Behavioral skills of R&D Team.
