Job Description

As a Senior Manager for APAC Workforce Data Services at AstraZeneca, you will play a crucial role in leading activities for the APAC Markets. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional Data Administration support to Employees, Line Managers, and the HR Community. You will have the privilege of leading both the Regional APAC and Global Services teams, ensuring that service levels consistently meet or exceed the targets set. Your duties will encompass providing regional data consultation and designing solutions essential for key HR processes. Additionally, you will spearhead innovation initiatives aimed at driving automation, simplification, and standardization of HR Data Transactions. Your role will also involve analyzing SLAs within People Services and queries received by My HR Advisory to pinpoint areas for improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 3-5 years of experience in leading teams that support HR processes and data transactions in Workday. Proficiency in English, a professional HR qualification, rigorous analytical thinking, and experience with Workday and ServiceNow are essential requirements. Moreover, expertise in supporting HR system implementation and development, managing competing tasks efficiently within a matrixed team environment, delivering against Service Level Agreements, and project management in HR are highly valued skills. Furthermore, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle highly confidential data, a postgraduate HR qualification, familiarity with PowerBI and emerging HR digital/automation tools, knowledge of regional labor legislation, and prior experience working with LATAM/Brazil Markets are advantageous qualifications.
