Senior Manager - AEM

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for projects built on AEM Sites and AEM Assets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technical architectures align with business goals and translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide technical implementation and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end solution architecture for projects on AEM Sites and AEM Assets, aligning with business goals. - Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures. - Define integration patterns between AEM and third-party platforms like DAMs, CRMs, and commerce systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and enterprise architects. - Create architecture blueprints, solution design documents (SDDs), and provide estimations for AEM projects. - Guide technical teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to AEM best practices and Adobe-recommended frameworks. - Support technical assessments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and client workshops. - Stay updated with Adobe's evolving capabilities, including AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, and Headless CMS models. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in enterprise web/content management solutions. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and delivering solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and AEM Assets). - Strong understanding of AEM architecture, templates, components, workflows, permissions, and content modeling. - Expertise in AEM deployment models (On-Prem, Adobe Managed Service, AEM as a Cloud Service). - Experience integrating AEM with tools like Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and third-party systems. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), REST APIs, and headless CMS architecture. - Proven experience in stakeholder management and presenting architectural decisions to both technical and business audiences. Good To Have: - Exposure to Adobe Content Supply Chain strategy and workflows. - Experience with Adobe Workfront, Creative Cloud, and integrations with AEM Assets. - Adobe Certified Expert/Professional Architect certifications. - Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices for AEM.,
