Senior Manager (Accounts)

Role Summary

The Senior Manager Accounts will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations of the fabrication factory, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

The role demands hands-on accounting expertise with strong control over payments, receivables, and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee general accounts, AP, AR, payroll, costing, and reconciliations. 
- Prepare factory/project-level MIS, financial statements, and reports. 
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory filings. 
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor accounts, verify bills, and process payments. 
- Track receivables and support follow-ups with clients for collections. 
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance documentation. 
- Implement internal control practices and process improvements. 
- Supervise and train accountants within the factory office. 

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance). 
- 8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role. 
- Must have experience in fabrication/manufacturing accounting.
