Senior Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  preventive and corrective maintenance

  of production line machines, conveyors, and drive units.
• Troubleshoot and repair

  tabber & ATW stringer machines

  with a focus on

  TOPCon technology

  .
• Ensure smooth functioning of

  HVAC systems, chillers, DGs, compressors, and cleanroom utilities

  .
• Monitor equipment performance and implement efficiency improvements to minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts inventory.
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
  
• Enforce adherence to

  safety standards and SOPs

  .
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 3–5 years of experience in

  Auto-line maintenance

  in solar or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of

  tabber & stringer troubleshooting (TOPCon/ATW stringer preferred)

  .
• Good understanding of

  HVAC, chillers, DGs, compressors, and cleanroom utilities

  .
• Expertise in both

  preventive and breakdown maintenance

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving, analytical, and leadership

  abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a

  fast-paced manufacturing environment

  .
