Senior Machine Learning Engineer

You are a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, located in Hyderabad. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include leading the training, fine-tuning, and validation of Language Models (LLMs) customized for web applications. You will be tasked with deploying and optimizing these models to web-based inference endpoints to ensure fast responses and high uptime. Monitoring the real-time performance of models on the web and making necessary adjustments to maintain desired accuracy will be a crucial part of your role. Staying updated on advancements in LLMs, specifically focusing on techniques like prompt engineering, PEFT, LORA, and SFT tailored for web contexts is essential. You will utilize the LangChain framework to develop applications powered by language models, ensuring seamless integration with data sources and enabling the model to interact effectively with its environment. Managing LangChain's modular abstractions and implementing use-case specific chains for optimal language model application will also be part of your responsibilities. Upholding strict data privacy and security standards during web-based model deployments is paramount. Collaboration with the Full Stack Development team to ensure smooth integration of models into web platforms will also be a key aspect of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have solid experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with expertise in Gen AI & LLMs suitable for web environments. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is required. A proven track record of training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs optimized for web platforms is essential. Deep comprehension of advanced techniques like prompt engineering, PEFT, LORA, and SFT in web contexts is necessary. Hands-on expertise with the LangChain framework, including its modular abstractions and use-case specific chains for language model application, is expected. Familiarity with tools and practices for monitoring model performance and metrics on the web is a plus.
