Senior Machine Learning Engineer | 4-10 YoE | BFSI Domain | Hybrid Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on AI/ML engineer to design, build, and deploy Generative AI and LLM solutions at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement ML and GenAI models to solve real-world problems.
• Build RAG pipelines using enterprise data and LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Integrate LLM-based chatbots with enterprise systems and domain data.
• Deploy solutions using Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, etc.
• Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks and performance.
• Collaborate with DS, MLOps, and engineering teams for CI/CD and operationalization.
• Stay current with GenAI innovations and apply them to platform evolution.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• 4–9 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
• Strong Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain.
• Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP also considered.
• Experience with Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
• Bonus: Databricks, Spark, Docker/K8s, prompt engineering, chatbot frameworks.

Domain Experience:

BFSI (banking, fintech, insurance) preferred.
