Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with highnetworth clients to craft bespoke travel experiences
  • Manage proposals, followup, upselling, and posttrip feedback
  • Source leads via referrals, events, and network outreach

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, refined presentation
  • CRM proficiency, strong negotiation
  • Deep understanding of luxury accommodations and curated experiences

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Certifications in luxury travel or destination expertise (e.g., IATA, IGLTA, Virtuoso, etc.) are a plus

Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years in luxury travel sales or FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) segment
  • Must have handled HNI/UHNI clientele for international or experiential travel
  • Proven experience in customizing premium itineraries (Europe, Africa, Maldives, Japan, etc.)
  • Strong background in consultative or relationship-based sales (not volume-based)

Industry:

  • Luxury travel companies, boutique tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs)
  • Hospitality background with sales experience in 5-star or bespoke travel may also apply
