Senior LLM Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior LLM Engineer at Nomiso, you will be responsible for working with transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa, and others for various NLP tasks like text generation, summarization, classification, and translation. Your expertise in fine-tuning pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets, crafting optimized prompts, and deploying models into production environments will be crucial for delivering efficient and scalable NLP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work with transformer models such as GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa, and others for NLP tasks like text generation, summarization, classification, and translation. - Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets to enhance performance for tasks such as summarization, text generation, and question answering. - Craft clear, concise, and contextually relevant prompts to optimize model performance. - Implement instruction-based prompting techniques for achieving specific goals and improving model accuracy. - Utilize zero-shot, few-shot, and many-shot learning to enhance model performance without full retraining. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable NLP solutions. Qualifications Required: - Overall 7+ years of experience with at least 2+ years working on transformer-based models and NLP tasks. - Expertise in transformer (decoder) models like GPT, Claude based models, and similar models for generative tasks. - Familiarity with attention mechanisms, self-attention layers, and model architectures enabling LLMs to generate human-like text. - Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, SpaCy, and NLTK. - BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
