Job Title : Senior Linux System Administrator

Experience : 5 + Years

Location : Hyderabad, INDIA.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and resolve problems with the Linux Operating System (RHEL/CENTOS Versions 6 and 7)-related issues, including LVM, User administration, addressing performance-related issues, Clustering, and High Availability Management.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtualization environments such as VMware and OpenStack.
• Management of AWS and AZURE cloud technology-related tasks is an added advantage.
• Administration of storage LUNS, including integration with Linux operating systems.
• Creating UNIX shell scripts used for the automation of system monitoring and maintenance procedures.
• Expertise in day-to-day activities/handling bridge calls and resolving issues on time.

Required Skills

• Having 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux OS Administration.
• Hands on experience in installation, configuration, and resolving issues with various Linux OS versions (RHEL/CENTOS Versions 6 and 7), as well as Virtualization (VMware and OpenStack) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure) as an added advantage.
• Hands on experience on Physical servers’ maintenance like BIOS/FIRMWARE upgrade and troubleshooting the issue.
• It is advantageous to have some working knowledge of SAN technologies and scripting

languages like shell and Perl.

• Candidates with any flavor of Linux certification would be preferable.
