Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Link Building Specialist with 6-11 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in link building and AI automation, with excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive link building strategies tailored to diverse industries and international SEO needs. Design custom link-building blueprints based on domain authority, niche relevance, and target geographies. Create high-impact outreach campaigns using white-hat techniques. Consult clients on the why and how of link building, including expected outcomes, timelines, and KPIs. Guide, mentor, and audit execution teams on outreach, placement, and follow-ups. Set quality benchmarks and ensure target delivery by coordinating with execution teams. Job Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in link building with international clients. Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Pitchbox, Respona, Buzzstream, Screaming Frog, and Google Sheets. Exposure to AI-led outreach automation tools or workflows is desirable. Knowledge of Googles link scheme guidelines, Penguin update impacts, and white-hat SEO best practices. Comfortable working with Google Analytics, GSC, and interpreting backlink audit reports. Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills. Self-starter, proactive, and performance-driven attitude with high ownership. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting improvements. Excellent communication and client management skills. Strong analytical mindset.
