As a senior member of our Linguistic Advisory Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of English-language data across our AI training and language solutions projects. Your expertise will ensure linguistic authenticity, contextual relevance, and cultural sensitivity in all aspects of content development and language evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead subject matter expert on English linguistics, providing authoritative guidance on grammar, vocabulary, usage, and stylistic variation.
• Review and validate linguistic data for transcription, translation, annotation, and evaluation tasks.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to the highest linguistic standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive style guides, glossaries, and linguistic frameworks for English.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide linguistic feedback and improve model performance in NLP and AI applications.
• Mentor and guide junior linguists and contribute to internal knowledge building initiatives.
