Responsibilities: - Direct the Experience Design Director and the Experience Designer in creating high-quality UX deliverables such as sketches, interaction models, and user journeys. Ensure proper documentation of interactions for visual designers and developers using prototypes or annotated wireframes. - Lead key pitches by showcasing your vision for the department. Contribute significantly to business growth by making strategic introductions and participating in important networking events. - Oversee all experience work within the agency to uphold the quality standards. - Advocate for usability and user-centric design best practices, demonstrating a solid understanding of behavioral economics. - Possess a strong grasp of creative processes and techniques, particularly within the UX domain. - Conduct performance reviews, regular check-ins, goal setting, and training sessions. Mentor team members, foster a supportive environment, and inspire them to consistently deliver exceptional results. Recommend and structure effective creative teams. - Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope and depth of creative projects for clients.
