Job Summary
In this role as Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) processes, utilizing CAD Design Skills, particularly Creo software. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective product design and development. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) initiatives within the organization2. Utilize cad design skills to create detailed product designs and engineering drawings3. Implement and optimize design processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support product development from concept to production5. Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members6. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement through dfma analysis7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cad design and engineering softwareSkill Requirements
1. Proficiency in design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) principles and methodologies2. Strong cad design skills with expertise in creo software3. Solid understanding of product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills6. Effective communication and teamwork abilitiesCertifications: Relevant certifications in CAD design and Design for Manufacturing & Assembly are a plus.
