**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Accelerated) for one of Uplers' clients, you will be responsible for owning the build and shipping of features quickly, integrating third-party services, hardening for security and compliance. You will work on a next-generation platform project, moving from prototype to production release, and utilising AI tooling in everyday development tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prototype & core feature delivery - Strengthen and extend the existing prototype built with Next.js / React (TypeScript), backed by PostgreSQL / Supabase. - Refine onboarding, risk-scoring, case-management, and reporting workflows. - Product expansion & integrations - Implement SSO, alert/notification channels, and domain association. - Drive end-to-end testing, security controls, and regulated-industry compliance. - AI-accelerated engineering - Utilize Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc. for code generation, test scaffolding, migration scripts, documentation, and quick architectural prototypes. - Prototype AI-powered product capabilities such as suspicious-activity insights and natural-language rule builders. - Architecture & DevOps - Design, deploy, and operate scalable infrastructure possibly on Vercel or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with CI/CD, observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization. - Technical leadership & collaboration - Partner with the Solution Architect / Product Manager on backlog grooming, workshops, and agile ceremonies. - Establish coding standards, lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and foster a product-engineering mindset. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity. - Proficiency in Next.js & React, TypeScript, modern state-management patterns, SQL, schema design on PostgreSQL, and Supabase. - Experience with Vercel or GCP, Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants. - Track record of shipping in agile, product-led startup environments and excellent written & spoken English skills. **About Uplers:** Uplers' goal is to make hiring reliable, simple, and fast.
