Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview: You are being sought after for the position of Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Accelerated) for a remote full-time contract opportunity with Uplers" client, PT. Your role involves owning the build and shipping of features quickly, integrating third-party services, and ensuring security and compliance. You will be utilizing AI tooling in your everyday development tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prototype and deliver core features, strengthen existing prototypes using Next.js / React (TypeScript) with PostgreSQL / Supabase. - Refine workflows related to onboarding, risk scoring, case management, and reporting. - Expand and integrate products, including SSO, alert/notification channels, and domain association. - Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot for code generation, test scaffolding, and documentation. - Design scalable infrastructure on platforms like Vercel or Google Cloud Platform with CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization. - Collaborate with Solution Architect / Product Manager, establish coding standards, lead code reviews, and mentor teammates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel or GCP deployment, and AI coding assistants. - Experience in agile, product-led startup environments, strong communication skills in English. - Nice-to-haves include experience in compliance-driven systems, notification pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and infrastructure-as-code practices.,
