Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the

  design, development, and maintenance

  of scalable software systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  , technical discussions, and design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor / masters degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Science, or B Tech/BE/MTECH/MS in ECE or in CSE equivalent education required.
• At least

  5-8

  years of active experience.
• Strong foundation in

  computer science fundamentals

  : data structures, algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in a

  JVM language (Java/Scala)

  ;

  functional programming

  in either of these languages

  . Scala would be an edge.

• Experience in

  software design, implementation, and debugging

  , including multi-threading and inter-process communication.
• Familiarity with

  Apache Kafka

  (messaging and persistence) and relational databases (

  Postgres preferred

  ).
• Basic knowledge of

  Python

  (for unit/integration testing) and

  Ansible

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with

  modeling in YANG

  .
• Exposure to

  Scala libraries

  such as Cats Effect, Monix, or Akka.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
