Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the senior leader and overall service owner of the Procurement data and analytics technology team for HSBC. Deliver initiatives and the book of work, including: Design, development, and implementation of CTB (Change the Bank) initiatives. Maintain service delivery of the technology services. Own the procurement data and analytics technology roadmap. Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of procurement data assets on the Google Cloud Platform (DBS Refinery). Support analytics initiatives, including the Gen AI platform, running proof of concepts, and production pilots. Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure high performance and robust/resilient service delivery. Manage production support and infrastructure to ensure resilience, control, and high-quality performance of systems and processes. Oversee all spending in line with technology RTB (Run the Bank) and CTB budgets. Ensure all audit findings are effectively addressed, with no repeat 'high risk' findings between audits. Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and values. Stay current on data, digital, and emerging trends affecting the financial services industry. Experience Requirements: 14-18 years experienced in technology leader with a proven track record of on-time delivery and innovation. Knowledge of procurement data assets and use cases. Ability to manage and innovate in a global setting, particularly across a fragmented estate. Expertise in vendor management. Strong data and integration experience, including a solid understanding of APIs. Proven track record of DevOps and Agile adoption and optimization. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to express complex topics and problems effectively. Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Experience in creating and maintaining a 3-year technology roadmap. Ability to coach and mentor developers to foster growth and excellence in the team. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.Tech, M.
