Senior Laravel & React.js Developer

As a Senior Laravel (PHP) & React JS Developer, you will lead the digital transformation of a well-established organization by building AI-powered, scalable web applications. Your role will involve modernizing core business processes across Sales, Distribution, and Finance, playing a key part in shaping the company's digital future. You will be responsible for the full backend development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, delivering automation-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and revenue. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create user-centric platforms supporting large-scale digital initiatives will be a key aspect of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain scalable CMS web applications using Laravel (PHP), Mysql, Node js, React JS. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for web/mobile applications. - Work with image and video processing tools like OpenCV, PIL, FFmpeg, MediaPipe to support media-rich applications. - Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Coordinate directly with product owners and business teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions. - Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and manage deployment pipelines. - Lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and drive project delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficient in Backend Development with Laravel (PHP) and Nodejs. - Experience in API Development with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Familiarity with Image & Video Processing tools such as OpenCV, PIL, FFmpeg, MediaPipe. - Strong knowledge of Databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB. - Hands-on experience with Cloud & DevOps tools like GCP, Docker, Git. - Expertise in Frontend Collaboration using React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Familiarity with Tools like Postman, Swagger, GitHub. - Experience with Project Management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, Jira.
