Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Kindergarten Teacher. The role involves being located in Thingalnagar, Kanyakumari district. The Senior Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a program for young children in a center-based setting. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing lesson plans, facilitating educational activities, and providing individualized support to students. The teacher will also communicate with parents and guardians, participate in staff meetings, and engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lesson Planning and Education
• Proven skills in Communication and Teaching
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring junior staff
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Relevant teaching certification (preferred)
• Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
