Kibo Order Management System (OMS) Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and configure
Kibo OMS modules
(Order Capture, Orchestration, Fulfillment, and Inventory).
Integrate OMS with
eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, WMS, and payment gateways
.
Develop and customize
APIs, webhooks, and backend services
for business needs.
Define and implement
order routing rules, workflows, and business logic
.
Provide
production support
: troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability.
Work closely with business stakeholders to
analyze requirements and translate them into OMS solutions
.
Optimize performance of OMS processes and ensure
real-time inventory synchronization
.
Document technical solutions, processes, and provide knowledge transfer.
