Senior Java Software Engineer

As a Backend Engineer - SDE III at Prozo, you will be part of our core technology team responsible for developing and maintaining backend services for our tech-enabled supply chain platform. Your role will involve working on high-impact projects in a collaborative environment focused on performance. You will be expected to develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Additionally, designing and implementing data models and database schemas to support application features will be a key responsibility. Your expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL and/or NoSQL technologies will be essential in building Java-based backend applications for our supply chain software products. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Java and NoSQL-based databases. - Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL and/or NoSQL technologies. - Experience in developing significant modules from scratch and managing a team of developers. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies, version control systems like Git, and writing clean, testable code. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
