Senior JAVA Developer

With ongoing investment in new products, you will experience the excitement and innovation of a start-up along with the stability and benefits of an established business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write performant, testable, and maintainable JAVA code with 6+ years of proven commercial JAVA experience. - Implement best practices and patterns across the implementation, build, and deployment of JAVA services. - Work extensively with Java ecosystem and related technologies and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring libraries, Hibernate, Maven, etc. - Embrace TDD and BDD methodologies. - Utilize tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Docker, and Jenkins. - Develop RESTful services in microservices oriented architectures. - Work within a cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS. - Handle NoSQL and relational database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL. - Build services within event or stream-based systems using SQS, Kafka, or Pulsar, CQRS. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and software patterns. **Qualifications Required:** - Clear and accurate communication skills in English for technical topics (verbal and written). - Familiarity with TDD and BDD. - Experience with Git, JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Docker, and Jenkins. - Solid background in working with RESTful services in microservices oriented architectures. - Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS. - Understanding of NoSQL and relational database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL. - Experience in building services within event or stream-based systems using SQS, Kafka, or Pulsar, CQRS. - Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals and software patterns. **Additional Company Details:** - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) - Application Question(s): What is your Notice Period - Experience: Total: 10 years (Preferred), Java: 10 years (Required) - Work Location: In person - Expected Start Date: 15/10/2025 **Nice to have:** - Experience with AWS Services such as Lambda, SQS, S3, Rekognition Face Liveness - Experience with Camunda BPMN,
