We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on skills in Java Spring Boot and Kafka. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable, robust applications and must be able to independently handle hands-on development work.

Primary Responsibilities

80% Hands-on Development with Java Spring Boot
Interact directly with clients, requiring good communication skills
Build & maintain Kafka-based integrations
Apply basic CI/CD & DevOps practices
Contribute to architecture discussions and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance

Key Skills Required

Java (Spring Boot) 7 to 8+ years of deep hands-on experience
Kafka Minimum 2 to 3 years (mandatory)
CI/CD and DevOps knowledge Git, Jenkins, pipelines, basic scripting
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication for client-facing collaboration
Total industry experience
14+ years
