Job Description

Location: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java.
Apply design patterns and implement efficient data structures.
Write clean, modular, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Linux environments.
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure application stability and performance.
Work with SIP, WebRTC, and CSTA protocols in real-time communication systems.
Support and enhance Telecom application modules with domain-specific requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong programming skills in Java (8/11/17).
Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with deployment services and application management.
Hands-on expertise in Linux OS (scripting, deployment, troubleshooting).
Practical exposure to SIP, WebRTC, CSTA protocols.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and support skills.
Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
Exposure to Telecom/VoIP products and real-time communication platforms.
