Job Title: Senior Java Developer - Backend

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with advanced experience in backend development. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices along with mentoring experience and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. Contribute to microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and scalability. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Integrate third-party services and optimize RESTful APIs. Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design efficient schemas and queries. Collaborate with architects on cloud-native deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing technical input and effort estimation. Ensure system security, data integrity, and high performance. Required Skills & Experience: 6-10 years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot. Proficiency in microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven design. Strong expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of caching (Redis, Memcached) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong mentoring, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with API gateways, gRPC, or serverless functions. Certifications in AWS/Azure Java or architecture roles. Exposure to AI/ML integration in backend services.
