Hiring!!! Must-Have Skills: 5+ years mandatory Deep knowledge of PC/server hardware and Linux/Windows OS . Remote BIOS/firmware handling, disk imaging, and device management. Strong scripting and automation experience. Networking basics (VPN, SSH, firewalls), and system security practices. Key Responsibilities: Remotely monitor and maintain 1000+ physical systems. Troubleshoot hardware (RAM, SSD, BIOS/UEFI, power) and perform firmware updates. Handle OS provisioning (Linux/Windows) and automate tasks using scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell). Use tools like iDRAC/IPMI , Prometheus , Grafana , or Zabbix for monitoring and diagnostics. Collaborate with on-site teams for escalated hardware interventions. Nice-to-Have: Experience with mini PCs or edge devices. Familiarity with tools like Ansible, SaltStack, or Puppet Email : hr@merchantrms.com
