As a Senior IT Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for working at our client's office in Hinjewadi, a prominent IT hub. Your role involves sourcing and placing candidates for niche and senior-level positions, requiring a deep understanding of the industry. In this position, you will spend 3 days working from the client's office in Hinjewadi and 2 days working remotely from home. It is essential for you to be an immediate joiner and be available at home for a few hours on 2 Saturdays a month to coordinate interviews and other recruitment activities.
