Senior IT Architect, Oracle Distribution & Manufacturing

As an Application Functional Analyst, your primary role will involve interacting with business users to understand and analyze their requirements. You will assist users in documenting their requirements and provide solution designs to meet these business needs. It will be your responsibility to document the solutions in setup documents and functional specifications. In addition, you will be tasked with defining test plans and test scenarios, as well as helping users prepare test scripts and conducting system testing. You will also provide functional training to key users, who will then train end users using a "train the trainer" approach. You will be expected to investigate and resolve any system problems encountered by users. Furthermore, you will conduct quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet internal IT standards. As part of your role, you will proactively identify areas for improvement in Oracle techniques, methodologies, and deliverables. Additionally, you will provide coaching to Application functional team members and assist in training new joiners. The position requires the ability to work independently with a quick learning aptitude.
