Role Overview: You will be joining the Service Operations team as a Senior IP Analyst/IP Lead in Noida. This role offers the opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients, assisting them through various stages of IP lifecycle management. Your responsibilities will include engaging in projects such as Prior Art Searching, Evidence of Use, and Freedom to Operate searches, particularly in the wireless communication or mechanical engineering domains. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare reports by conducting various patent searches and technical analyses to support clients - Take end-to-end ownership of work products and ensure effective project communication with relevant stakeholders - Adhere to internal and external project time schedules - Proactively update technical skills in emerging technologies - Maintain adherence to organizational policies - Ensure quality assurance by complying with set quality standards to meet customer requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IP Patent Search - Bachelor's degree/master's degree/PhD in Wireless/Telecommunication domain, Computer Science, or VLSI - Ability to perform Patentability, State of Art, EOU, Freedom to operate, and Invalidity searches - Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals and US Patent laws - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other necessary tools - Capability to work on individual projects and in a team environment - Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Company Details: The team consists of 200+ colleagues reporting to the Senior Manager and Director, primarily focusing on search projects across various technologies to assist customers in the US, India, and UK. Please note that this is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based in Noida, India (IST).
