Senior Interior Designer - Team Lead

Job Description

As a passionate creative professional, you will be responsible for managing multiple luxury residential interior design projects. You will be held accountable for the highest level of Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity while monitoring project performance within specified timelines and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. 10+ Years experience in luxury residential interiors is a must. Be sure to highlight it in your CV and portfolio Responsibilities: Interpret the Client s requirements, develop layout plans, and detailed designs. Develop detailed design presentations of the highest standard, present designs to clients, and translate design concepts into reality Research and select appropriate as well as stylish materials and finishes that are in line with budget, usage and meet design goals of project. Coordinate all trades throughout the design and construction process. Develop documentation at an excellent production level. Troubleshoot problems on site and make quality recommendations to correct and move project forward without compromising design intent. Hold agencies accountable to deliver quality work by following through on all potential problems, quality issue, until they are resolved Working knowledge of: Design and construction process and sequence Interior architecture and detailing for preparation of construction documents Current trends, new materials, styling and d cor Construction Administration experience: Creating BOQs, and Running accounts Personal Traits: Mature and well-balanced individual. Responds in a logical and rational manner under stress or/and pressure.
