Senior Interior Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 6 years of professional experience in luxury residential interiors only. This role is pivotal in shaping the interiors of our high-end real estate projects across India and abroad. The ideal candidate must bring a strong international design sensibility, a deep understanding of contemporary lifestyle trends, and the technical ability to deliver exceptional interior spaces from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and develop interior design schemes for luxury residential developments.
• Create mood boards, conceptual presentations, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive interior packages using CAD and 3D tools.
• Source international and local materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes.
• Supervise execution of interior fit-outs on-site, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.
• Stay abreast of global design trends, innovative materials, and new technologies to consistently elevate the brand’s design narrative.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for timely delivery of interior design milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant work experience in premium residential interior design projects.
• A strong international design outlook with exposure to global aesthetics, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Rhino, or Lumion).
• Excellent knowledge of space planning, lighting, color theory, and material selection.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and under tight deadline
