Job Summary:

Ark Village 24 is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Architect Designer to lead end-to-end design solutions across high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural principles blended with interior design sensibility, and the ability to manage teams, timelines, and client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete interior architecture design process — from concept development and spatial planning to detailed design and execution oversight.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, material palettes, and technical drawings.
• Ensure alignment of design solutions with client needs, functional requirements, and architectural context.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors to integrate services and design intent.
• Conduct on-site inspections, address design or construction challenges, and maintain design quality throughout project execution.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and documentation in line with project budgets and deadlines.
• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and draftsmen, ensuring design consistency and quality.
• Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, materials, and innovations in architecture and interior design.
• Engage with clients through all phases—from brief to handover—for approvals, updates, and coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the architecture and interior industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, interior finishes, and service integration.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and client communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and deliver creative, practical design solutions under tight deadlines.
