Senior Integration Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. Your role will involve performing administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommending new solutions to enhance availability, performance, and supportability. This is an opportunity for you to utilize your deep technical knowledge and administration/analysis skills in Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment issues related to growth, scaling, cloud utilization, high performance, and high availability requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, MFT, and OIC. - Lead and resolve high-priority integration incidents and conduct root cause analysis. - Support deployments, patching, upgrades, and platform stability initiatives. - Collaborate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement changes. - Monitor integration flows proactively to address performance and availability issues. - Contribute to automation and documentation for continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with SLA, change management, and incident management processes.
