Qualification: B.E / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Engineering or related field. Software : AVEVA E3D/SPI IN Tools Only Design Engineering profiles are accepted; Onsite/Field profiles are not considered. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in industrial plants. Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for instrumentation and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Conduct detailed engineering calculations and analyses for instrument sizing, control valve selection, DCS configuration, and safety instrumented systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems with overall project objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, ensuring the development of their skills and expertise in instrumentation and control engineering. Participate in vendor evaluations, selection, and coordination for instrumentation components and systems. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for instrumentation and control system issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as required. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in all instrumentation and control engineering activities. Additional Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience in instrumentation engineering, including instrumentation design, control systems, PLC/DCS programming, and safety instrumented systems (SIS). Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SPI-INTOOLS, AVEVA E3D, DCS systems (e.g., Honeywell, Emerson), and SCADA systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects, manage resources, and deliver results within project timelines and budgets. Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards and regulations is a plus. Follow our LinkedIn page for more information
