Senior Insights Manager

As a Senior Insights Manager at OLIVER, you will be part of The Brandtech Group, leading the way in leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to transform the creation and delivery of work. Your role will focus on driving growth for the Google Search Marketing team in India through user-facing campaigns. With the internet user base in India expected to exceed 900 million by 2025, the opportunities for search in India are vast. Your contributions will be essential in understanding user needs, driving marketing strategy, and delivering impactful results. - Own and drive monthly metrics updates for Search and related products such as Lens for the larger India marketing team. - Lead measurement post marquee Search campaigns using internal processes like independently running and reporting on marketing campaign data via match market test methodology. - Conduct research to understand user needs, collaborating with external vendors and research agencies when necessary. - Lead product testing and audits, identifying hero use cases during key launches and large-scale marketing campaigns. - Identify actionable insights from data to inform the overall marketing strategy. - Strong experience working on large-scale tech products, with exposure to large-scale consumer apps being a must. - Problem-solving capability and analytical mindset. - Expertise in working with data, with high comfort in SQL/R. - Passion for and curiosity about AI and new technologies. - Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and understand the benefits and features of AI tools is critical.,
