Senior Infrastructure Lead

**Job Description:** As the Plant Floor Application Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various processes such as incident, problem, change, release, capacity, configuration, demand, and consumption within the plant floor applications. You will be in charge of ensuring the health of the portfolio, business continuity, and disaster recovery testing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the management of the plant floor application portfolio - Overseeing daily systems health and taking necessary actions - Ensuring the utilization of Ford standard processes like ITIL - Communicating effectively with business partners and IT teams - Testing IT BCP & DR plans annually - Interacting with various IT professionals - Leading projects to enhance operations performance - Providing escalation support for system issues - Working with minimal supervision - Managing operating budget and spend effectively **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline - Master's degree in a related technical field (desirable) - Industry or professional certification is a plus - Progressive IT responsibilities experience - Hands-on experience in various application roles and technologies - Experience working in a global environment - Awareness of ITIL practices In addition to the above, you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with customers, internal IT partners, and vendors. Your strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with off-shore teams, regional management, and business partners, as well as engaging external IT SMEs/Vendors to resolve production issues.,
